(INDIANAPOLIS) - Officials are inspecting the Indiana State Soldiers and Sailors Monument in downtown Indianapolis for damage after a man was caught climbing the statue.
26-year-old Osmer Meza was arrested after he scaled the monument and refused to come down.
Meza only returned to the ground after an officer started climbing up after him.
