Federal Judge To Rule On Indiana Marriage Equality Case

(EVANSVILLE) - A federal judge is expected to rule today on whether Indiana’s ban on same-sex marriage is constitutional.

Judge Richard L. Young is hearing arguments from two Munster women who were married in Massachusetts last year.

Niki Quasney has late-stage ovarian cancer -- she and her partner want a restraining order ordering Indiana to recognize their marriage.
