Last updated on Monday, March 24, 2014

(ANDERSON) - 19-year-old Kalob Harrison of Anderson and 4 other teens were walking in the 400 block of E. 31st Street in Anderson, near some railroad tracks, on CSX property, around 12:30 Saturday.

The teens were investigating an overturned train car and then decided to leave the area.

As they were leaving the property, the teens crossed over some train car connectors.

Harrison was the last one to cross and when he did, he fell and one of the train cars started moving and severed his right leg.

Harrison was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Anderson.

All of the teens were cited for trespassing on CSX property.
