(HENRYVILLE) - Police have arrested and charged an area mother with neglect after they said she encouraged one of her kids to smoke marijuana with her.
An arrest report said Stefanie Klein's two children were living in deplorable conditions, and that inside her Henryville home they observed dog and mice feces, and roaches.
When her 11- and 12-year-old children were interviewed, one of the children admitted his mother had encouraged him to smoke marijuana.
A detective with the Clark County Sheriff's Department said the children's grandmother now has custody.
