Colts Owner Jim Irsay Posts Bail After DUI Arrest

(NOBLESVILLE) - Colts owner Jim Irsay is out of jail after posting bond following his arrest in Carmel.

Irsay said he had nothing to say as he left the Hamilton County Jail in Noblesville.

Irsay faces four felony counts, among them operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. Irsay failed several field sobriety tests according to the police statement, and officers found several prescription drugs Irsay's car during a search, drugs that did not match the prescription bottles in which they were found.

Irsay has battled addiction in the past, admitting to prescription drug and alcohol abuse.

Irsay's next court appearance is scheduled for March 26 at 1:15pm.
