(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis police officer was seriously injured after he crashed in squad car.

Sergeant Anthony Mclemore was found unconscious overnight in his car on I-65, which was pinned up against a retention wall. Emergency crews had to cut all four doors off the car to get the officer out.

This is the second crash in two days involving an IMPD vehicle. An officer was injured Thursday after a suspected drunk driver crashed into the back of his squad car.
