(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man is behind bars after being arrested for a hit-and-run accident on Friday.
On December 21, 2013, 19-year-old Dylan Cutshaw allegedly hit 47-year-old Cindy Urich and left the scene. Urich was transported to IU Health Methodist Hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators were able to recover physical evidence from the scene that led them to identify a suspect vehicle. After additional information was obtained investigators were successful in identify Cutshaw as the suspected driver.
Cutshaw is charged with failure to stop at an accident causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice and failure to stop at an accident causing damage. Cutshaw is currently being held on a $250,000 bond.
