(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man was arrested Sunday after he tried to take photos of a boy in a restaurant bathroom, police said.
31-year-old Robert Gasho was arrested on a felony charge of voyeurism.
According to the police report, a 9-year-old boy was in a bathroom stall when he saw a cellphone slip in through the crack of the stall. The boy told police he pushed the cellphone away, but the phone came back through the crack, so he left the bathroom and told his father and uncle about it.
Police said Gasho was already on parole and on the sex offender registry.
