Chick-Fil To Land At Airport

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Two concessionaires are taking off from the Indianapolis International Airport. Giorgio’s Pizza and two Cold Stone Creameries will soon be replaced with three new vendors, provided the Indianapolis Airport Authority board signs off Friday.

Areas USA, which operates eight food and beverage vendors at the airport, has told the airport authority that Giorgio's and Cold Stone Creameries "have had poor sales performance since opening and have been a financial burden."

It wants to replace those vendors with Chick-fil-A in Civic Plaza, Freshens on Concourse "A" and a Corona Beach House on Concourse "B," and says doing so would generate nearly $100,000 more each year for the airport authority.
