(TERRE HAUTE) - Just before noon on Saturday, the Terre Haute Savings Bank located at 1820 Lafayette Avenue was robbed.
The Terre Haute Police Department stated the suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, approximately 6 foot tall and thin build.
He was wearing a dark color zip-up jacket, light blue jeans, dark shoes/boots, black sunglasses and a light grey stocking cap with the letters "ABC" on the front.
This is an active investigation and THPD asks for anyone with any information on the robbery or the suspect to call the department at (812) 238-1661.
