Last updated on Monday, January 13, 2014

(EVANSVILLE) - A man is accused of taking pictures of women inside of a restroom.

Police said it happened around 3:30 p.m. at Walgreen's on St. Joe in Evansville.

Police said 20-year-old Brice A. Cannon filmed all four Walgreen's employees who were working at the time.

Employees told police that Cannon had been walking in and out of the women's restroom.

When police looked at Cannon's phone, they found at least six videos depicting women walking into a stall and using the restroom.

Police also said a younger female, approximately 12 or 13-years-old was in one of the videos as well.

Police believe Cannon held the phone under the stall's wall as he filmed each person.

Cannon's phone was taken by police for forensic examination.

He is being charged with voyeurism with a video camera.

He is being held on a $500 bond.
