(MARION CO.) - Tuesday afternoon, an INDOT/Indiana State Police pickup truck driven by Trooper Chris Barr, assisted professional truck drivers up a snow packed, ice covered hill on I-70 eastbound at the 71 mile marker
Due to the condition of the roadway, truck drivers were unable to make the grade after being stopped for a property damage crash.
INDOT applied abrasives to the roadway and traffic slowly made its way up the grade.
