(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested on an exploitation charge—stemming from a warrant that was issued by the Marion Superior Court in 2009.
Deputy David Clemmons was placed on unpaid administrative leave, charged with a felony count of exploitation of an adult dependent.
The warrant didn't accurately have Clemmons' birthday, but further investigation showed he was wanted by the court.
