Domestic Dispute Results In Arrest Of Aurora Police Chief

(AURORA) - The Chief of Police in Aurora, Indiana was arrested and his wife was transported to the hospital after a physical confrontation between the two.

Indiana State Troopers and Dearborn County Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Harrison Ave. in Aurora Sunday morning around 4 a.m.

The investigation revealed 42-year-old Bryan Fields and his wife, 42-year-old Holly were in a physical confrontation which resulted in her being transported to Dearborn County Hospital and Bryan being arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery.

The investigation is continuing and could also result in similar charges against Holly Fields.
