Couple Faces Charges Of Child Molestation

Last updated on Tuesday, December 31, 2013

(CLOVERDALE) - A couple from Cloverdale face numerous felony charges based on “allegations of a sexual nature” against an 11-year-old girl.

Indiana State Police say the investigation began on December 27 when the girl alerted a family member about alleged molestation by another family member, 29-year-old Victoria Lynn Anderson and her boyfriend, 36-year-old Jeremy Scott Doerr. Police did not say specifically how Anderson and the victim are related.

ISP detectives and the Putnam County Department of Child Services allege that Anderson and Doerr showed the victim various sexual-related pictures and videos, engaged in various sexual acts in front of the victim and required the victim to engage in various sex acts with the couple and again with Doerr independently.

The alleged acts took place at a motel in Terre Haute earlier this month.

Both Anderson and Doerr face felony charges of Vicarious Sexual Gratification, Child Solicitation, Sexual Battery, Child Molestation and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor. Anderson also faces a felony charge of Neglect of a Dependant.

Police arrested Anderson and Doerr Monday night. The two are being held in the Vigo County Jail.
