(FULTON CO.) - 25-year-old Matthew Carlson, of Kewanna, was arrested on a warrant at his home Wednesday night by Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputies and Indiana Conservation Officers for the 2012 death of 28-year-old Kenneth Moore.
Carlson is charged with reckless homicide and two counts of criminal recklessness.
Conservation Officers say Moore died September 30, 2012 while the men were hunting on private property near Rochester.
