Man Arrested For Molesting Boy He Met Through "Big Brothers" Program

Last updated on Friday, November 15, 2013

(DELAWARE COUNTY) - A Noblesville man was charged with molesting a boy he met through a “Big Brothers Big Sisters” program.

Prosecutors in Delaware County say William James Clements, 26, was charged with felony child molesting for allegedly fondling the 12-year-old boy. The incidents allegedly happened between December 2011 and April of this year.

Muncie police say Clements participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the alleged victim was assigned to Clements as his "little brother."

Two other children had been assigned to Clements while he participated in the program. Investigators notified the families of the other two children of Clements' arrest, but say the families have not responded with new allegations.
