(GIBSON CO.) - A Gibson County man accused of murder could be getting a new attorney.
Perry filed a letter with the Gibson County Court alleging his court-appointed attorney has a conflict of interest regarding contacts between Perry and a former client.
A judge is expected to rule November 27th .
Jason Perry was arrested in May for the shooting death of Jesica Tice at a Princeton restaurant.
