(INDIANAPOLIS) - Police are offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a woman who reportedly walked into an Indianapolis bank with another woman's ID, withdrew $6,000 and hightailed it to an airport hotel.

Crime Stoppers of Indiana said the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) is turning to the public for help in finding the woman. IMPD said on Aug. 30, she walked into a PNC Bank at 6170 N. Keystone Ave. and presented a stolen ID card.

Police said she took out $6,000 from the woman's account and then hopped into a gray Toyota mini-van parked across the street. A black male was in the driver's seat, and the car took off.

IMPD said the license plate for the mini-van came back as registered to a rental-car company. It was later found abandoned at a hotel by the airport.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of this woman. Tips should be submitted anonymously and directly to Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477 or 800-222-8477. You can also text "INDYCS" plus your tip to 274637, or head to
