Suspicious Powder Causes Evacuation Of Muncie Bank

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie bank was evacuated Wednesday morning after a suspicious substance was found in an envelope.

An employee at First Merchants Bank opened the envelope containing a strange white powder. The bank was evacuated until hazmat investigators could clear the scene.

A female employee was taken to Ball Memorial Hospital to be checked out.
