(JASPER) - The Jasper Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 28-year-old Randall R. Kratzer Jr.
Kratzer has outstanding warrants for his arrest for rape and sexual battery. The charges stem from an incident that happened in August on the north side of Jasper.
Police say Kratzer forced his way into an apartment, and once inside, battered and raped a woman he knew. She was eventually able to escape. She went to a nearby apartment and called police, but before Jasper police arrived, Kratzer had fled.
Officials say Kratzer has family and friends in Perry County and Spencer County.
