Jasper Woman In Stable Condition Following Collision With Combine

(JASPER) - A Jasper woman is now in stable condition after rear-ending a combine Friday evening.

The accident happened in the 2800 block of Jasper-Dubois Road.

The sheriff's office says that 64-year-old Robert Rasche was operating the combine when 36-year old Diana Betz was blinded by glare from the sun and ran into the machine.

Betz was flown to St. Mary's in Evansville with a head injury.
