(LEBANON) - The jury has reached a verdict of not guilt in the murder trial of David Camm. The verdict is was read at 12:30 p.m.

The jury deliberated for more than 10 hours over two days.

Prosecutors charged Camm with killing his family 13 years ago. He has been convicted of murdering his wife and two children twice - in 2002 and 2006. In both cases the jury deliberated for four days before returning a verdict. In Camm's third trial, the jury deliberated for a little over one day.

Both previous cases were later overturned, in the case of the first verdict for character dispersions and in the second verdict for accusations of molestation.

As attorney for the victim's parents, Nick Stein has attended all three trials.

"The Renns and I are hoping for a guilty conviction. We still believe that is what the evidence shows and yes, I feel if we get a guilty verdict it will stick, but you have to realize the evidence has been sanitized because the Supreme Court said there is less evidence then there was before but there is newer evidence so we are hopeful and trust the jury system to see what happens," said Stein.

The prosecution says Camm wanted out of the relationship. The defense argues Camm was playing basketball at the time the crime was committed. A second man, Charles Boney, has already been convicted in this case. Now Camm will face a third verdict that has been 13 years in the making.
