(JOHNSON CO.) - A 23-year-old Brownsburg man was accused of battery and sexual misconduct after a woman said she found him in bed with her 15-year-old daughter Monday morning.
The woman told police Blaine Dillinger attacked her and dragged her down the hallway of her Franklin home in the 3400 block of South 200 East after she discovered him in bed with her daughter.
According to the police report, the girl's mother said she went into her daughter's bedroom to go check on her and saw two people in the bed. She jumped on top of the bed and the man that was lying with her daughter jumped on her and pushed her to the ground. The man then dragged the woman down the hallway and through the garage before running away from the home, police said.
The girl told police she knew Dillinger and that he came over to her house to watch movies. According to the report, the girl told investigators that Dillinger was 17 years old and appeared to not beware of his actual age.
In the girl's bedroom, detectives said they found a used condom, car keys, clothes and a wallet that appeared to belong to Dillinger. His car that was parked at the girl's residence was impounded, police said.
A short time later, K-9 officers tracked Dillinger down near Airport Road and 300 South. When police questioned him about the girl's age, he said that he knew that she was 15 years old.
Dillinger was taken into custody at the Johnson County Jail on charges of battery and sexual misconduct with a minor.
