(TERRE HAUTE) - Two teens appeared in court Wednesday on allegations of sexually assaulting a 14-year old girl.
WTHI reports, Tuesday's arrests came after a three week investigation by Indiana State Police.
Police arrested Peter Tanoos II and Tucker Ray. Both are 18-years old and both are from Terre Haute.
Investigators say the incident started at a private party near downtown Terre Haute in June. From there, police say the two men took an intoxicated 14-year-old to a Terre Haute hotel.
According to police another man took pornographic images while Ray and Tanoos II sexually assaulted the teen. According to the police report the girl was not aware of the incident until those images surfaced.
