Man Arrested In Connection With Marion Murder

(MARION) - Police said they’ve arrested a man in connection with the murder of a Marion man Wednesday.

James Rush, 25, of Marion, is being held at Grant County Jail on charges related to the fatal shooting of Bernardino Guerrero, 23.

Guerrero was shot and killed Tuesday at his girlfriend's home on the 3700 block of South Houck Street.

Police said Guerrero was shot once in the chest.
