(JASPER) - A 55-year-old Jasper woman who lost control of her scooter and crashed last Thursday has died from her injuries according to the Dubois County Free Press.
Jasper Police say Patricia Ahrens was heading west on Division Road, west of Sunshine Drive a little before 4 when she went off the road, traveled along the shoulder, contacted the roadway again and was thrown off.
She was flown by helicopter to St. Mary's Medical Center with a head injury and died late Sunday afternoon.
