(DANSVILLE) - The son of the former Danville police chief was arrested by US marshals at the airport and will be in court Thursday.
Christopher J. Gill is accused of violating a court agreement not to have a firearm outside of his part-time police job.
The court order came after he allegedly pulled a gun on his estranged wife and child. He had recently been fired from the police department.
His father, Keith Gill, was also recently fired as the police chief of Danville.
