(TERRE HAUTE) - A Terre Haute woman is accused of having a child take nude photos of her to send to her boyfriend in jail.
The Tribune-Star reported that Jodi Roberts, 30, has been charged with performance before a minor that is harmful to minors.
A judge on Monday ordered her held on $10,000 cash bond. She remained in the Vigo County Jail Tuesday night.
Court records were not available to see if she had hired an attorney.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Roberts had a child under age 13 take nude or semi-nude photos that Roberts mailed to her jailed boyfriend.
She was arrested after jail staff seized the photos.
