(TERRE HAUTE) - A Wabash Valley woman is behind bars after performing sexual acts in front of a minor.
WTHI reports, Jodi Roberts was arrested after authorities seized pictures she sent to her fiance, Jerimiah LaMaster who is in prison.
LaMaster was arrested after a 45 minute standoff in a stabbing case back in May.
Roberts described in a letter she sent to LaMaster in jail that she had her nine year old daughter take the pictures, which police at the jail seized.
In the photos, Roberts is wearing little to no clothing, and is in sexually suggestive positions.
Roberts was arrested and will be charged with "conducting a performance harmful to minors. "
That is a felony charge.
Roberts will appear in court at a later date.
