(KOKOMO) - Additional charges have been filed against a Kokomo man who police say killed a man and stuffed his body inside a freezer.
52-year-old Walter Logan was being held without bond in the Howard County jail. Logan's trial had been scheduled to begin this week.
However, the Kokomo Tribune reported the new charges prompted Logan's defense attorney to request a continuance.
A judge reset the trial for October 7th.
