(SPENCER CO.) - 62-year-old, Lawrence A. Rasche, of Newburgh, was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:38 on Saturday afternoon in Spencer County.

WFIE reports, emergency crews were called to the scene around 11:30 a.m. after one vehicle went off the roadway into a ditch on State Road 70 near State Road 475 E, about one mile west of Newtonville.

Officials say they believe a medical condition could be the cause of the crash.

St. Mary's LifeFlight was called to the scene earlier, but left with no patients. State Road 70 was closed for about three hours Saturday afternoon and is now reopened to traffic.
