(UNDATED) - The Indiana State Fair has launched a new and improved mobile app for people visiting the fair this year.
The 2013 Indiana State Fair app will give visitors an idea on how to get into the fair and where people can find certain attractions, food vendors and more.
State Fair Spokesman Andy Klotz says the app allows fair officials to tell people about things going on at the fair by sending messages to users letting them know about an event or attraction going on at that time or something coming up.
The app has six different maps that visitors can use to find the things they want to see. Those maps include events, exhibits, food vendors, baby feeding and changing stations, ATM locations and wheelchair and stroller rentals.
Users can also post messages to Twitter and Facebook through the app.
Klotz says people need to make sure they download the 2013 version of the app, as the old version may still be available.
