Grand Jury Finishes Review Of Deaths Of New Albany Mom, 2 Children

(NEW ALBANY) - A southern Indiana grand jury has finished its review of the deaths of a woman and her two young children whose nude bodies were found in a shallow creek in March.

The Floyd County prosecutor has scheduled a Thursday morning news conference to discuss the findings of the grand jury in the deaths of 35-year-old, Jamie Clutter, 10-year-old Brandon Clutter and 6-month-old Katelyn Clutter, The three were found dead March 13 at Binford Park in New Albany.

New Albany's police chief said in May that investigators determined the woman drowned her two children before she also drowned. He said at the time that Jamie Clutter suffered from postpartum depression.
