(MUNCIE) - An Indiana State trooper was injured when a suspected drunk driver hit the back of his car.
Trooper Kyle West had responded to a property damage crash on Interstate 69 Tuesday night. West was sitting in his unmarked state police Mustang with the emergency lights activated at the time of the crash.
The driver, 45-year-old Johnnie Barns was taken to the Delaware County Jail.
