Last updated on Friday, July 26, 2013

(BOONE COUNTY) - It’s a horrible crime that happened 13 years ago and on July 24 there was more legal wrangling over who killed Kimberly Camm and her two children.

WHAS reports, Kimberly's husband and the children's father, David Camm was back in a Boone County, Ind. courtroom on Wednesday.

In just two weeks he will go on trial for a third time for their murders.

Camm has had two convictions in the 2000 murders overturned.

On Wednesday, both sides are discussing possible new DNA evidence in the case. Jury selection is expected to get underway in August.
