Baby Einstein Jumpers Recalled

(UNDATED) - A popular infant activity center is being recalled after dozens of reported injuries.

The Consumer Products Safety Commission has received reports of bruises, lacerations and a skull fracture resulting from the impact of a small yellow sun toy on the Baby Einstein Activity Jumper.

This recall includes Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers with model number 90564.

The sun toy is attached to the seat frame on a flexible stalk with either three or five brightly colored rings.

The jumpers were sold at Toys R Us, Target, Amazon.com and other major retailers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Kids II for a replacement toy attachment.
