(UNDATED) - A popular infant activity center is being recalled after dozens of reported injuries.

The Consumer Products Safety Commission has received reports of bruises, lacerations and a skull fracture resulting from the impact of a small yellow sun toy on the Baby Einstein Activity Jumper.
