Two Arrested Following Meth Bust

(UNDATED) - Police busted up a meth operation a Kendallville park Thursday afternoon.

A chemical smell at Bixler Park led a state trooper to a pickup truck where two people were allegedly making meth inside.

41-year-old Kevin Frane and 41-year-old Susan Holliday were arrested and taken to the Noble County jail.
