Last updated on Friday, June 7, 2013

(HOPE) - School administrators from about 10 counties learned how to defuse gun incidents Thursday.

The administrators gathered at Hauser High School to learn key anti-violence techniques.

Gov. Pence intiated the program along with Indiana State Police Superintendent Douglas Carter.

The program is open to superintendents, principals and other high-ranking school officials from any school in the area, our partners at the Republic report.
