Last updated on Tuesday, June 4, 2013

(PERU) - Three people face charges after police responded to a home where kids admitted to calling 911 and hanging up.

State Troopers and Miami County Sheriff's Deputies investigated the calls and smelled marijuana inside the home. A search produced marijuana, meth, chemical precursors, hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.

Three boys, aged 2 , 7 and 9 admitted to making the 911 calls.

45-year old April Vermilya and 38-year old Samantha Ray were arrested. 36-year old Jeremy Goshert told police he was just visiting the home, but he was arrested and now faces several meth related charges.

The children were placed with DCS, before being released to family members.
