(WARRICK COUNTY) - Indiana State Police are investigating the death of a 37-year-old Warrick County inmate.

About 10 p.m. Sunday, Warrick County Jail officials said they discovered James Pyott, 37, of Evansville, unconscious in his cell. Jail personnel and EMS personnel attempted to revive him, but they were unsuccessful.

Foul play is not suspected. Pyott was incarcerated on June 4 for theft and was being held on bond.
