(MUNCIE) - A Muncie couple has been charged with neglect in the death of a five-year-old girl at their home June 22.
Charlene Tabb, 29, and Marcus Marcellus Tabb, 53, are being held without bond at the Delaware County Jail.
The Muncie Star Press also reports that Charlene Tabb's 14-year-old brother and 11-year-old sister have been charged in juvenile court with aggravated battery.
A police report indicates the victim, Marie Pierre, was found "unresponsive and not breathing" with more than 80 marks on her body.
