(GIBSON CO.) - A Gibson County couple are in jail after an indoor pot growing operation was discovered at their Princeton home.

Indiana State Police say they received information about illegal drug activity at a home on South C.R. 180 East.

When troopers executed a search warrant they found more than 20 marijuana plants that were approximately two-feet tall. Police say the plants would have had a street value of $20,000.

The homeowners, 45-year-old Robert Spore and 44-year-old Sheila Spore, were arrested. They are being held at the Gibson County Jail without bond.

They are charged with Cultivating Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
