(RICHMOND) - A former attorney in Richmond faces several counts of theft.
The Wayne County Prosecutor's office posted the charges against Charles "Chuck" Hyde Jr. on their Facebook page late Friday afternoon.
Hyde is accused of taking money from as many as 14 clients who sought assistance in filing for bankruptcy but didn't render legal services on their behalf.
Hyde resigned from the Indiana Bar Association in May of 2012.
