Fight Ends In Fatal Shooting

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officers were dispatched to a fight at 4300 W. 38th Street and found Tony Muse, 22, had been shot and killed.

It happened at about 1:58 a.m. just south of Lafayette Square mall.

Detectives say when officers arrived they heard several shots. Officers discovered Muse in the parking lot of this location with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS officials

This is an active investigation and detectives urge anyone with information about this incident to call the IMPD Homicide Branch at 317-327-3475 or CRIME STOPPERS at 317-262-TIPS (8477). Callers may also text "INDYCS" plus tip information to 274627 (CRIMES).
