Last updated on Friday, June 7, 2013

(EVANSVILLE) - Authorities have ruled the deaths of two people whose bodies were found inside an Evansville apartment as a murder-suicide.

The Vanderburgh County coroner's office identifies those who died as 56-year-old Holly Usrey and 65-year-old Thomas Zinni.

Coroner Annie Groves tells the Evansville Courier & Press that Usrey suffered blunt force trauma to the head and Zinni died from a self-inflicted wound.

Their bodies were found Monday inside a unit at the Delaware Trace Apartments on the city's northeast side after they hadn't been seen for several days. The coroner listed their date of death as May 20.
