(INDIANAPOLIS) - Cummins Inc. is searching for land to build a new office building as part of its plan to expand its presence in downtown Indianapolis.

The Columbus-based manufacturer of diesel engines leases roughly 30,000 square feet between the OneAmerica Tower and Capital Center North for several corporate departments.

Cummins wants to consolidate the offices before its leases expire within the next two years by constructing its own building that would double the Fortune 500 companies space.
