(NORTH VERNON) - The 12-year-old boy, Seth Box, who was accidentally shot by his brother, died Thursday at Riley Hospital for Children.
The 16-year-old was handling a rifle when it suddenly discharged.
Seth was struck in the head.
The family had been target shooting earlier in the day and the older brother assumed the gun was empty.
