Two Tornados Touched Down In Hendricks And Putnam County

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The National Weather Service confirms two EF-0 tornados touched down in Hendricks and Putnam counties early Tuesday.

One of the twisters hit just after 2:30 a.m. in North Salem, about eight miles northwest of Danville.

The other touched down in Roachdale in Putnam County.

Winds of up to 85 mph in the EF-0 caused tree and roof damage in both areas.

No injuries were reported.
